MikeyB,
"Do the Math"...I used the wrong film ASA when giving you that last example. I shot this scene with ASA 200 Neg. (Not with Ektachrome 125) Meaning the film is 2-1/3 stops faster than Kodachrome.
Casino,
I shot the more scary shots with this faster film stock. Other night time stuff shot with Ektachrome 125. Or Kodachrome.
EVERYONE
I've been wondering where I would get the scary sounding door opening and I found the answer at work, while doing regular business. I was going through some old audio files to see which ones could be deleted. Bingo, the perfect sfx of a big heavy squeakily, scary door slowly opening. I would have never have found it with a key word search, since it was filed under the local high school play it came from!

Thanks Greg for sharing a still frame from your super-8 movie/work in progress and the behind the scenes production notes.
Time marches on and now it's time for Super-8 Filmmaker Magazine of the 70's!
